It's okay..You are not alone..

These are symptoms I treat all of the time …The truth is all of the above horrible symptoms are so easily treatable without the use of medications, common antacids or avoiding all your favourite foods altogether!…

I often used to be a victim of many of these symptoms..thankfully…no more!

Therefore..

  • I know how awful and annoying it can be to feel discomfort after you eat..

  • I know how miserable it can feel not being able to eat what you like, when you like or being afraid to eat

  • I know what it’s like avoiding foods and still feeling no better....

I learned after suffering for years from digestive upsets, food sensitivities, sinus problems, IBS, Migraines, tiredness and much more that the doctors were not going to help me…in fact they told me there was nothing wrong with me! That was when I decided  to take responsibility for my own health, my own life and started studying, learning, educating myself and searching for alternatives….I became a kinesiologist.

I now know a healthy digestive system is the core to good health..no matter what your age, or what your health complaint is. Food is fuel for life, we need to be able to absorb it.

The inability to eat a balance of foods, digest them, absorb them and utilise them properly…can leave you with all of the above dreadful symptoms ..not to mention the other knock on effects of struggling with feeling tired all of the time, energy dips throughout the day, cravings, food binges, mood swings, weight gain, dieting fads, poor motivation and will power

Avoid flooding your system with liquids while eating..it is best to avoid liquids (especially fizzy drinks) 15 minutes before you eat and 30 minutes after you eat to ensure you are not washing away your natural digestive enzymes.
